At Bubs, we know it can be hard to find nutritious recipes that your little one finds equally delicious. With just three ingredients, our banana chia pudding ticks all the right boxes, combining banana, chia seeds and Bubs Supreme Toddler Milk Drink to create a yummy snack that can be enjoyed at any time of the day.

In addition to the nutritional benefits provided by Bubs Supreme Toddler Drink and the banana, chia seeds help to add some additional fibre, protein and omega 3 to the pudding. These fascinating little seeds expand as they absorb liquid, helping to create a great pudding-style consistency.

Our banana chia pudding can also be made ahead of time, making it a fantastic option for busy mums and dads. Make the mixture before heading to bed for a no-fuss breakfast, morning tea or afternoon snack!

Method

Step 1. Blend the Bubs Supreme Toddler Milk Drink and banana together.

Step 2. Add the chia seeds to the milk and banana mixture, stirring them through gently with a spoon.

Step 3. Pour the mixture into a bowl or container and refrigerate for 20 minutes or more to allow the mixture to thicken.

Step 4. Serve the pudding and enjoy!

Our banana chia pudding can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 24 hours. 


From One Mum to Another: If you want to add a touch of extra sweetness to your pudding without using any refined sugars, a Medjool date or a touch of maple syrup or honey (for bubs one year and older) are great natural options.
