We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant & Office Manager whose responsibilities involve managing the CEO's and Executive Leadership Team & Board calendars, travel, communications, and other administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of the CEO office and facilitating efficient communication within the organisations internal & external stakeholders. 

This position requires a highly organised individual who excels in multitasking, communication, and problem-solving.

Additionally, the role involves overseeing office operations, including facilities management, IT support, vendor relations, and procurement of office supplies, to ensure an efficient and productive work environment.

What you will bring to the role

  • Previous experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role, supporting senior leadership positions.
  • Extensive and relevant experience in providing high-level administrative support.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach to tasks and aptitude to adapt with changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in event organisation and coordination of team events.
