BUBS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The promoter is Bubs Australia Limited (ABN 63 060 094 742) of 23-29 Nina Link, Dandenong South, VIC 3175, Australia (“Promoter”).

 


 

2. Promotion Overview

The Bubs Money Back Guarantee (“Promotion”) allows eligible consumers to claim a refund for a participating Bubs Infant Formula product if they are not satisfied, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

This Promotion is offered in addition to, and does not limit, exclude or modify, the consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law.

 


 

3. Promotional Period

The Promotion commences at 12:01am (AEST) on 10/03/2026 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on [30/04/2026] (“Promotional Period”).

Claims must be submitted within the Promotional Period and within twenty (20) days of the purchase date.

The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably, to extend, amend or withdraw the Promotion at any time.

 


 

4. Eligibility

To be eligible to claim:

  • The claimant must be a resident of Australia aged 18 years or over.

  • The product must have been purchased from a retailer located in Australia or from bubsaustralia.com during the Promotional Period.

  • Only one (1) claim is permitted per household.

  • Employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

For the purposes of this Promotion, a household is defined as persons residing at the same residential address.

 


 

5. Participating Products

This Promotion applies only to the following Bubs Infant Formula products:

  • Bubs Easy-digest Goat Milk Toddler Drink Stage 3

  • Bubs Easy-digest Goat Milk Growing Up Nutrition

  • Bubs Organic Grass Fed Toddler Milk Drink Stage 3

  • Bubs Organic Grass Fed Milk Growing Up Nutrition 

No other products are eligible.

 


 

6. How to Make a Claim

To submit a valid claim, claimants must:

  1. Purchase a participating product during the Promotional Period.

  2. Complete the official online claim form available at www.bubsaustralia.com/pages/money-back.

  3. Submit the claim within the Promotional Period and within twenty (20) days of the purchase date.

  4. Upload a clear and legible copy of the original purchase receipt.

  5. Provide valid Australian bank account details for refund processing.

 


 

7. Refund Conditions

  • The refund amount will not exceed the purchase price paid for the participating product as shown on the receipt.

  • Refunds exclude delivery or ancillary costs.

  • Refunds will be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the nominated Australian bank account only.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

  • The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect banking details provided by the claimant.

The product must not be returned to the retailer as part of this Promotion.

 


 

8. Verification and Fraud

All claims are subject to verification.

The Promoter reserves the right to:

  • Verify the validity of claims and claimants.

  • Request additional information to substantiate a claim.

  • Reject claims that are incomplete, illegible, altered, misleading, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

  • Disqualify any individual who tampers with the claim process or submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter may investigate duplicate claims, including those submitted from the same residential address, bank account, email address or IP address.

Fraudulent or misleading claims may be referred to relevant authorities.

 


 

9. Privacy

Personal information is collected for the purposes of administering this Promotion, verifying claims, and processing refunds.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at [insert link].

By participating in this Promotion, claimants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for these purposes.

 


 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with participation in the Promotion.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 


 

11. General

  • The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of the Promotion is final and binding.

  • The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably, to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
