We’re giving our formula tins a fresh, new look and feel. The outside of our tins will look different and have new packaging but it’s the same formula on the inside.

My baby isn’t reacting the same to your formula in the new tin. Are you sure it’s the same?

While our tins may look different, our formula is exactly the same. If your little one’s symptoms persist, please consult your GP or healthcare professional.

Is it still okay to give my baby formula from tins with your older design?

Yes, it is perfectly safe to give your baby formula from tins with our older design as long as it has not passed its expiry date and has been stored correctly.

My local store isn’t stocking your new-look tins yet. Is there something wrong?

It may take some time for our new-look tins to arrive at your local store. In the meantime, it is perfectly safe to use formula tins with our older design.


Making the Transition: What to Expect

For the next little while, you might have a mix of old and new packaging in your home. This is totally ok! Here are some tips to help you navigate the transition:

  • Keep using your products as usual, nothing has changed.

  • It’s the same formula, just a new look. All of our products will taste exactly the same and still provide the high-quality nutrition you know and love, no matter whether they come in the old or new packaging.

  • The transition into stores may take some time (and will happen faster in some areas than others), but eventually our brand-new packaging will be stocked everywhere you shop.

  • If you end up with a mix of old and new packaging, treat it like you do any other product. Always go by the expiry date and store products with the most longevity at the back of your pantry so they’re used last.
