Creamy Goat’s Milk Mashed Potato

Bubs Australia

Mashed potato is a staple in so many homes and is especially great as a first food for little ones. Cream up the traditional version with a little goat’s milk formula. It’s delicious!

Recipe

Step 1

Give the potatoes a good wash under running water and if you like, peel them to
remove the skin.

Step 2

Cube the potatoes and allow them to steam over a saucepan of boiling water,
until soft.

Step 3

Mash the potatoes with the water and formula mixture. If the mashed potato isn’t runny enough, add a touch more water. Serve warm or freeze for use later.

Tip

When you freeze food for later, it's a great idea to scoop the food into portion sizes, place on a flat tray lined with baking paper (spacing out each portion) and freeze. Then once frozen you can grab the portions and put them together in one container - they're frozen so they won't stick together! This way when you want to reheat a portion, you can easily grab one out!
